Ahead of the upcoming beta test, Bungie has offered up a look at one of the maps that will be on show, with Lead Designer Lars Bakken taking IGN on a walking tour of "Blind Watch", an abandoned human civilization on Mars.

Blind Watch is reportedly a player versus player environment that will make up part of Destiny's Crucible mode, and as you'd expect from a Mars base, it's very orange. Check it out below.

The Destiny Beta is due to kick off on PlayStation 3 and 4 on July 18th, followed by Xbox One and 360 on July 24th, ahead of the game's full launch on September 9th.

Nice to see they have some smaller size maps for multiplayer. Bungie is known for some great arena maps from Halo.

At the moment it is mate. Bungie use to be under Microsoft's wing at Xbox but Sony and Activision are working with them now.
