Developed by ILMxLAB, Vader Immortal is described as the first Star Wars story designed exclusively for virtual reality - in a tale featuring the most iconic villain in the series, Darth Vader. Although story-driven, based on the trailer for the first episode it also looks to feature several interactive elements - including wielding a lightsaber.

With the story written by David S. Goyer (Blade, Batman Begins, Man of Steel) set at Vader's castle. Check it out.


Step into a galaxy far, far away and experience the first Star Wars story designed exclusively for virtual reality. Descend into Darth Vader's mysterious fortress alongside new allies and encounter fearsome enemies, including the Sith Lord himself. Be at the center of a story in which you hold the key to the galaxy's salvation... or destruction.

Three episodes are planned for release, with no dates as of yet. According to ILMxLAB Episode I will take approximately 45 - 1 hour to play through.
