You know how when talking about sales of the upcoming Xbox One X, Microsoft has been cautious? Where it has stated that as a premium console aimed at the enthusiast market, it expects the Xbox One S to be console that sells. Well, turns out that the Xbox One X might just be the Xbox One gaming fans have been waiting for - with Microsoft announcing today that pre-orders for the console are the biggest for any Xbox console.


Ever. Which means more Xbox One X Project Scorpio Editions have been pre-ordered than any other Xbox console in the past. As Microsoft no longer report on numbers, we may not ever find out exact figures. But this is huge news none the less.

It confirms that the Xbox audience is looking for hardware that is both powerful and innovative, which the Xbox One X most certainly is on both counts. We're excited for it. And you are too.
