After announcing the end of Closed Beta invites going out last week, comes word from CD Projekt RED that the Public Beta for GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is scheduled to begin on May 24. Which is one week away. The Public Beta comes after several updates to the game, and will be playable on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

“Public Beta is the next step in the game’s development process, one that we’d be honored to continue alongside everyone who’s been with us thus far,” said Benjamin Lee, Development Director at CD PROJEKT RED. “It’s also a chance for many new gamers to play GWENT for the first time and we’re looking forward to making the game even better with their help,” added Lee.

It's worth noting that with the Public Beta basically everyone's progress will be reset, but those that took part in the Closed Beta will receive special Card Kegs and other in-game rewards.
