Although they kind of lean on established franchises as much as anyone else in the game, you can't really say that Nintendo keep churning out the same old thing. Which is why the nostalgia-tinged palm-sized NES Classic Mini has been greeted with so much excitement. Of course we want to connect a mini NES to our HDTVs and play old school 8-bit Nintendo games!

And to cap off last week's surprise announcement of the console, Nintendo has released a trailer for the unit that pays homage to its commercials from the 80s. Feel the 80s.

The Nintendo Classic Mini: Nintendo Entertainment System is expected to hit our shores on November 10 with a price-point of $99.95
