On April 26 Rocket League will be getting a basketball-inspired new mode called "Hoops", as part of a free update. After the success of last year's ice hockey mode "Snow Day" which gave players an exciting new way to experience the game, "Hoops" looks to do the same, but with a focus on aerial acrobatics. Here's to remote controlled cars dunking oversized balls into rings.

The "Hoops" update will also bring new flags to game, in the form of all 30 NBA teams. But unlike the new mode the new flags will be made available as premium DLC.
