It's a no-brainer, really, but key members from the Just Cause 3 development team have chimed in with their thoughts on the game's destruction, and on its over-the-top action versus realism.

There are only a handful of gameplay snippets in here, and the toned-down nature of everyone who appears on camera is at complete odds with the foundation and basis for the game, but it's still always cool to get an insider view on an anticipated game.
