If you missed it, Bethesda Game Studios head Todd Howard announced at the recent Bethesda pre-E3 press conference that a new smartphone and tablet game, Fallout Shelter, is now available to download for free from the App Store for both iPhone and iPad, and should be coming to Android soon, hopefully. The game allows you to build and cultivate a Vault-Tec fallout shelter within the world of the Fallout series.

I've been playing it all afternoon. I like it. Prefer it on the iPad over the iPhone for the larger screen

Playing it atm, it's free so worth a go but it's hardly epic.
