If you didn't happen to know much about the French Revolution, or listening to Russell Crowe's part in Les Misérables made you sad, Rob Zombie has you covered in that department with a brand-new short focusing on Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Unity storyline.

The metal musician and filmmaker teamed up with The Walking Dead illustrator Tony Moore to produce the amazingly violent and very NSFW animated short. The short, shown below, brings to life "the gory details, bloody battles and terrifying events of the revolution."

Assassin's Creed: Unity will be out for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 28th. You can also find the behind-the-scenes video below for a further look at the creative stylings of Rob Zombie.
