While Microsoft's conference may not have started yet, Ubisoft seems to have gone ahead and announced at least one new game coming to the Xbox One, Shape Up.

Along the lines of their other more zesty fitness titles, Shape Up will utilise Xbox One's Kinect camera to scan you in as the player. As usual with fitness games you'll be tasked with several go to exercise routines including squats, push ups and more, though with an arcade twist to make it feel less like exercising and more like "working out."
