The annual community-centric Eurogamer Expo took place in London over the weekend, and among the panellists on-scene to talk about their upcoming titles were Polish RPG stalwarts CD Projekt RED, presenting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Most of the panels appear to have been thoughtfully recorded by Eurogamer, and are now available on its Youtube channel. The Witcher 3 presentation is particularly worth watching for fans of the series, as it features CDP RED's Lead Quest Designer Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz digging deep into the topic of the game's quest structure.

With a much more open world than previous The Witcher games, Tomaszkiewicz explains the various things the team has done to combat the pitfalls of questing in open world games, to maintain compelling pacing, and keep things interesting for the player, wherever in the world they might find themselves. Watch the video embedded below (presentation commences at around 08:13).

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is due on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2014.
