For those looking for some cheaper Halloween entertainment, Steam has just announced a new themed sale in celebration of the spooky seasonal event. Included in the sale are titles such as Dead Rising 2, Space Pirates and Zombies, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition and even a few Nancy Drew titles.
Freaks of the night, rejoice! Steam has unleashed monster savings on ghoulish (and not so creepy) titles. From now until about the time all the pumpkins are smashed*, over 80 titles (including The Walking Dead, Bioshock, Left 4 Dead, and many more) are available at prices so low, it’s scary.
A handy table has been made up by RenegadeDoppleganger on Reddit detailing a number of games currently on sale, however for the full list of games you can check out the official store page. Be quick though as the sale will be ending on November 2nd at 3am AEST.

Awesome, another steam sale.

Too many featured games @ 50% off that should be 75% off IMO. Alan wake was on sale for $7.50 during the xmas sale, u missed out rav. Fear 3 is great for $5.

Condemned origins should be cheaper. Is it a AUS price cause IMO i think it should be <$5 on sale.

I grabbed the Bioshock and Stalker bundles. If that's all that is going on sale it will be all I grab.

Gonna grab RAGE when it is less than $5.

edit: this is unironically my most wanted pack on Steam right now -

I'd recommend Dead Rising 2 as an awesome 2 player co-op game, can be pretty damn funny at times. Note the game is designed to be played through multiple times as you level up, & the controls are different to normal 3rd person action games, but it's all about the pacing & if you can stomach Games For Windows Live, it's a great fun game.
