Explore Ancient Mayan Ruins in Extra Single-Player Assassin's Creed 3 Content

Ubisoft has released a new short trailer showcasing extra single-player content for Assassin's Creed III that is part of a pre-order bonus with EB Games here in Australia, for anyone who nabs up the "Freedom Edition" of the game.

You'll be granted access to a treasure-hunting mission through ancient Mayan ruins, which will result in the accrual of a the sawtooth sword -- a devastating weapon no Red Coat will ever want to be at the sharp, or serrated, end of. No word on how long this chapter will last in gameplay time, but the video at least shows that it looks pretty neat, with plenty of climbing and exploration.
