Fan-film-turned-feature-film director Kevin Tancharoen has officially announced a second season to the popular live action Mortal Kombat shorts, promising that the next set of videos will feature a story centered around the actual Mortal Kombat tournament.

The announcement video also reveals the full cast of Mortal Kombat characters that will be getting the live action treatment this time around: Kano, Lui Kang, Raiden, Johnny Cage, Scorpion, Sub Zero, Sonya, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Jax, Baraka, Stryker, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Ermac and Kenshi.

A Mortal Kombat feature film, helmed by Tancharoen, is still reportedly in production at Warner Bros. subsidiary New Line Cinema for release in 2013, but little has been heard since it's announcment last September.

The !st season was awesome, and added mystery and quality production to the franchise.
Lets hope the second season continues this legacy as basing anything on the tournament other than the actual game, has been fail imo.

I've tried to watch it twice, but get a few eps in and get the s**** with it. The main problem with it is having to sit through the same piece-of-s*** unskippable commercial before each episode. Seriously who the f*** decides what ad to show you and goes "lets hammer them with the same god damn ad each and every time - that'll work!" It makes me sick. I don't mind advertising but use some common sense. Don't piss people off!!!

Use adblock, it blocks youtube ads. I never even realised there was ads before youtube videos until I watched a youtube video on my brother's computer and he doesn't have adblock.

Yes that is the best feature of adblock.
