Awakening, the forthcoming expansion for Dragon Age: Origins is shaping up to be quite a hefty content expansion and EA have today sent along yet another character trailer previewing one of the new party members - Mhairi.
When Mhairi was a child, she was enraptured by tales of kings and nobles. All she wanted was to be like them, to fight for what she believed. Betrothed to a trader when she turned 16, she saw the life that lay ahead of her and enlisted in the army instead. Her fierce loyalty and devotion to Ferelden earned her the love and respect of her commanders and brothers-in-arms. King Cailan's betrayal and death hit Mhairi hard, and when she learned of the two Grey Wardens who quelled the Blight almost single-handedly, she vowed to serve the Wardens. When the call came for volunteers to help rebuild the order at Vigil's Keep, Mhairi jumped at the chance to join.
Watch Mhairi's trailer here on AusGamers.

You can also catch the previous trailers, including the other characters so far (Anders, Velanna and Sigrun) on this game page.

Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening is due on March 18th 2010 for both PC and Xbox 360.

I lost interest around half way through dragon age, and kept making new characters to experiance all the starting stories.
This is what I need to get right back into it however i think.

I'm not sure how I'm gonna be going back to Dragon Age after playing ME2 though. ME2 is just so much more polished and higher quality, Dragon Age seems so rough and dodgy in comparison :(

I was thinking the exact same thing. It's the voice acted main character that is the most glaring difference for me. I tried going back to finish off a second run through of DA after playing ME2 and every time my character just stared like a dead fish at the screen began to bug me even though it was never an issue before ME2.

Story in DA:O was good, the graphics were good, the game play was good... the armor and character looks were f*****g horrible. there is only like 4 different looks of armor and everyone just looks so horrible. Only way to make things better is to get mods for it all. That and get the mod which lets you always have your doggy regardless of if you add him into your party officialy or not

I think I played Dragon Age for about 9 hours. I'm not even close to finishing it, and I doubt I'll be playing it again any time soon.
