Welcome to the AusGamers 2010 Game of the Year Survey!

AusGamers is back with yet another Game of the Year feature, and what we've learnt from last year's tardy entry was that we shouldn't really wait so long to get this thing moving. So, here we are, at the close of 2010, with 2011 just over the horizon and we figured over the holiday break, what better way could you spend your time than by voting in our hefty categories for what you think were the stand-out games this year.

You have a few weeks to vote in the various fields, and if there's anything we missed on the list, we've supplied you with an "Other" field to throw in your suggestion. Once we close out the voting, we'll tally it all up and present to you a feature outlining what you, the reader; the gamer, had to say. We'll also hit up our editorial staff for their stand-outs of 2010, while Dan and Steve will top it off with their personal picks as well. Check out last year's feature to see how it all turned out!

We've also decided to add a special category this year to celebrate a decade of gaming (because AusGamers has been around for that long), and this category is entirely user-nominated, so make sure you let us know what game over the last 10 years has had you most excited to play. Finally, a new category hits this year, with the Most Anticipated Game of 2011, which is a bit of a no-brainer, and just a good reminder of the awesome manifest of games coming your way next year.
