- By entering into this competition, you ('Entrant') agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- Entry into the competition is free.
- The promotion period begins on 09 October and ends on 29 October.
- Entry is opened to all Australian residents aged 15 years and over, who have a valid email address. If the Entrant is under 18 years, the Entrant must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter, and have a parent or guardian read and accept these Conditions of Entry on the Entrant's behalf.
- To enter, eligible entrants must complete the online entry form at www.Ausgamers.com during the promotional period and register their name, age, contact number and e-mail address to be successfully placed in the draw. There is a limit of 1 entry per person.
- Employees and their immediate families of You Know Media, OneAffiniti, Dell and associated companies and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
- The draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDST on 29 October, 2017 at You Know Media, 68 Sophia Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. The eligible Entrants with the most constructive response to “In 25 words or less, what game would you showcase on your new Alienware laptop on the PAX stage and why?”, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will receive the prize as placed by judges of Major Prize: Alienware 13 Gaming Laptop, Second Prize: Alienware Gaming Keyboard and Third Prize: Alienware Baseball Cap.
- The Winner will be contacted by email and his/her name published at the promotion URL and elsewhere on the website on October 30th, 2017. Winner is required to confirm name and address by reply to return email within 7 days. If the Winner fails to confirm his or her address by email within 7 days, the Promoter is not obliged to send the Prize to the Winner and may, in its discretion, select an alternative entry as the Winner. Prize will be sent to the Winner by pre-paid post to the address given on the entry form. The Promoter is not liable for non-receipt of a prize for any reason. Any prizes returned to the Promoter unclaimed may be distributed by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
- The Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If a Prize becomes or is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion and subject to state permit approval, reserves the right to substitute all or any part of the Prize with a product or prize to the equal value.
- If your contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is your responsibility to notify the Promoter. If you want to access or modify any information you provided in an entry, you should write to the Promoter to request this.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant; or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

The Privacy Policy explains how you may access and seek correction of the information Ausgamers holds about you.
