If you told someone a year ago that the iconic Star Wars Battlefront series was coming to the Nintendo DS, you could have expected an incredulous response. "What? One of the most complex, dynamic, and sophisticated game franchises ever to bear the Star Wars name is coming to the most low-fi, low-spec game system on the market? Do you think me a fool? They may as well make Battlefront for the Atari 2600!"

Assassin's Creed II is a fine example of thoughtful structure, and of developers listening to their audience. The sales pitch here really is that there's so much more to this game than there was in the first and anyone who thought of it as repetitive, will be more than surprised with the variety and its structure...

The final chapter in the "Episodes From Liberty City" story arc that ties the actions and events of the lives of Niko, Johnny and Luis together in a brilliant dovetail, also happens to be the best of the three. Nathan Drake is back, and this time around his story is even more epic and compelling. Drawing all the power they can from the PS3, Naughty Dog have crafted one of the most stunning games to ever grace the system or this generation, and it's coupled with an excellent story and great voice-acting.
