From the classic OG in Mario Party to the more recent runaway success of the likes of Fall Guys, Among Us and Overcooked, to name just a few, the multiplayer party game is something of an ever-delivering unicorn where more often than not there are no bad ideas, only bad players. And with that sentiment in mind, we'd like to introduce you to Screaming Chicken: Ultimate Showdown -- a game designed to tear your friendships asunder.

Screaming Chicken: Ultimate Showdown is a multiplayer party game that encourages mayhem, chaos and, of course, fun. Dress up your chicken and jump onto the battlefield to take on your friend in physics-based challenges. Push your opponents off the map with unique and crazy weapons and watch as the play area collapses under the pressure!

With over 130 maps, there’s always something new to explore and try in the game. From crowded city streets to a sandy desert fit for a cowboy, players can conquer levels again and again. Gather crazy weapons like machine guns or rockets and use them to defeat your enemies. Dress up your chickens in wigs or full costumes and let them rain chaos on the land.

Screaming Chicken: Ultimate Showdown also features a map creator where players can design their own maps and share them with the community with full Steam Workshop integration. Choose from over 500 block types from trees to trains and create your dream level.

  • Multiplayer Mayhem: Grab your friends and jump into the battlefield. Featuring online PvP, Shared/Splitscreen PvP, Online co-op, and Shared/Splitscreen Co-op.
  • Over 130 Maps: From hectic city streets to tranquil mountains, you may never see the same map twice.
  • Destructible Environments: Sometimes it all comes crumbling down. Use your weapons to knock down Screaming Chicken’s fully destructible environments. Don’t worry, you can always build it back up again.
  • Sandbox Mode: Create your own levels and share them with your friends and the Screaming Chicken community and watch the mayhem and feathers fly!
Party games are also best when physics and chaos come into play, so we're pretty keen on this one now, which is set to drop on Steam this April 13. And if you need a taste-test, there's a demo available right now via the link above.
