Stray will be coming to PlayStation 4 and 5 and as a part of the new PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium/Deluxe service. A futuristic cyberpunk world where you're put in control of a cat to explore, communicate with robots (with the help of a friendly drone called B-12), and by the looks of it run from threats and stealthily stay out of sight. It looks awesome.

And as per the headline, the release date has been set for July 19, 2022 for PS4 and PS5.

Lost, alone, and separated from family, a stray cat must untangle an ancient mystery to escape a long-forgotten cybercity and find the way home.

From indie developer BlueTwelve Studio and Annapurna Interactive this one has been in development for quite some time, and visually it looks pretty incredible with wonderful lighting, detail, and animation. The studio has its own in-house cats that it observed and helped inform the design, making it perhaps one of the first games to release with cats as a key part of the team.
