The community focused Steam Awards for 2021 have been announced and as per the headline Game of the Year has been awarded to Capcom's Resident Evil Village, beating out finalists Valheim, New World, Cyberpunk 2077, and Forza Horizon 5.

Interestingly the troubled Cyberpunk 2077 did pick up an award - nabbing the Outstanding Story-Rich Game for its narrative. Here's the list of winners.
