Vaporum: Lockdown is Headed to Console this December

Not to be confused with some sort of vaping halfway house opened up during the great Aussie East Coast lockdown, Vaporum: Lockdown is a prequel to Vaporum -- a grid-based dungeon crawler RPG that hearkens back to the good old days of the genre. Vaporum itself is a steampunk aesthetic spin on proceedings and looks mighty pretty, we must say, and is on its way to the console masses in December.

Those consolites getting this? PS4, PS5, Xbox One S and Xbox One X owners (no Series X|S, which is weird with PS5 in there) from December 10.

We found a clockwork mechanism with this inscribed on the side:

Vaporum: Lockdown is a grid-based dungeon crawler RPG in an original steampunk setting, inspired by old-school classics of the genre. Follow the story of Ellie Teller, a scientist struggling to survive disastrous events that happened in the tower of Arx Vaporum.

In Vaporum: Lockdown, you will encounter nasty enemies with unique strengths and attack patterns. To beat them, you will have to employ a broad array of weapons, gadgets, upgrades and smart tactics.
