With Eidos Montreal (the studio behind the recent Deus Ex reboot and Shadow of the Tomb Raider) apparently working on a Guardians of the Galaxy game. It's scheduled to make its debut as a part of the upcoming E3 2021 Square Enix Presents showcase. The Marvellous Marvel Games don't stop there though as XCOM studio Firaxis is said to be working on a XCOM-style Marvel-joint for 2K.

The 2K leak comes from a Reddit post that also says that the Borderlands spin-off is a Tiny Tina focused title called Wonderlands. With industry insiders backing up the claim. Also backed up is the Guardians of the Galaxy Eidos joint, which would be the second high-profile Marvel release from Square Enix -- following on from Crystal Dynamics' Marvel's Avengers. Which, garnered a mixed response and failed to gain any sort of real traction among action-RPG fans.

Still, the Guardians property has that sci-fi meets fantasy vibrancy that seems like the perfect fit for a AAA-style experience. Also XCOM but Marvel sounds like it could be a lot of fun too.
