We've been counting down from January 1st, 2021 the AusGamers Top 10 Best Games of 2020. Some people might have guessed our Number One entry, others might have thought elsewhere, but we stand firmly behind our list and as promised, tomorrow, January 11, we'll let you know the 10 games that came close but didn't quite make it.

Consider this the key news item to Comment on that will be officially tied to the list, so if you want to assert, vent or support, have at it. We didn't and don't take this list lightly each year, and spend a lot of time working out what fits where and why. At the end of the day though, today's entry was based on gameplay longevity, narrative, VO, visuals, being next-gen ready and significantly engaging.
