As part of the chunky deep dive into items and loot we got yesterday -

Diablo IV Game Director Luis Barriga has confirmed that the next playable class will be revealed, alongside new gameplay, at the all-digital
BlizzCon early next year.
The new class will join the already revealed Barbarian, Sorceress, and Druid - which were seen in the character selection screen (aka the campfire) during the game's big reveal. According to Luis Barriga, when it comes to the next showing, "Without spoiling the surprise, let’s just say it involves a new version of the campfire scene we showed you last BlizzCon". Which means at least one new class to be shown, possibly more.
Either way, these three are going to have to make some room.
Will it be a Paladin? A Necromancer? Or something new and different. Time will tell, but Diablo 4's development looks to be progressing swimmingly - even in the craziness that has been 2020 - with quarterly updates this year showcase a number of very cool things. From the
breakdown of how Open World Events and Multiplayer will work to a look at
the Cannibals roaming the Dry Steppes, yeah, this is easily one of our most anticipated games here at AusGamers.
BlizzConline, as it's being called, will be a digital event taking place over February 19-20, 2021 and it will be free for everyone to watch in its entirety.
