In our review of Deep Rock Galactic earlier this year we called it "a co-op masterpiece", a statement we stand by - and in the ensuing months it's a title we've been revisiting regularly. With the blend of Left 4 Dead style combat and truly immersive underground mining and exploration DRG is just about endlessly immersive. And now the first post Version 1.0 update has arrived.

Bringing two new mission types, as seen in the 'Update 32' trailer below.

The update features two brand new mission types:

‘Escort Duty’ - an action-packed all out combat quest, requiring drunken courage and heavy artillery on the search for the Ommoran Heartstone.

‘On-Site Refining’ - where teams must put engineering caps on to master the new pipeline traversal system and suck up every last drop of Liquid Morkite on the planet.

As expected the update also includes a number of updates, and fixes plus a whole bunch of new beards and other cosmetic items. Sine it's launch the 1-4 player co-op exploration and combat title has seen over one million players join in on the deep-space mining. Deep Rock Galactic is available on PC and Xbox One.
