So between planned leaks to notable influencers, super-detective work involving domain registrations and straight up desire/rumour, the old retail listing (usually with accompanying art) has always been a go-to for more credible 'sources'. The reason being, major retailers are brought into the loop super-earlier in a release year as there are lots of cogs to be greased to get it all moving.

And today major retailer Amazon and its UK branch may have given us a link to a Wii remaster coming to Switch.

As reported by NintendoEverything Amazon's UK site has a listing for Skyward Sword (Switch) which still hasn't been removed since being discovered, adding a bit more credence to the 'news'. The site also suggests recreating that game's motion control on Switch would be a nightmare, which was commented on by the series' key producer, Eiji Aonuma. But nothing says Ninty didn't seek out a studio capable of, and keen to, do the "almost impossible".

No details beyond the game's title exist in the listing, but it's there. And personally I'd love this as this was one Dan got to review back in the day and I still haven't played it.

We'll update you if anything changes here.
