After the Lifestylebreakdown that dove into the different origin stories you can play through in Cyberpunk 2077 a Tools of Destruction video that focuses on the game's weapons -- on paper at least -- doesn't sound as exciting. Well, when you start watching it's not long before you realise its talking about Cyberpunk 2077. The game that consistently exceeds all expectation.
And by that I mean, each style of weapon -- be it specific gun or sharpened bit of destruction -- looks better than the last. From homing bullets to blades that tuck neatly into your shiny chrome forearms, the combat in Cyberpunk 2077 looks tactical and complex in all the right ways. And this is coming from someone who -- gulp -- wasn't a big fan of The Witcher 3's combat.
And as a nice little bonus we get to see the latest version of V's walk-in closet/armoury too -- which nails the cool of seeing each weapon up close and being able to see each one situated all snug-like on the wall.
Cyberpunk 2077 is out November 19 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. As per the Lifestyle video what we see here looks to be running on PC hardware, with ray-tracing features enabled. It looks stunning in motion.
