As part of the Season Four update coming to
Call of Duty: Modern Warware,
Warzone is set to get what is without a doubt an impressive update. With the Battle Royale map of Verdansk being able to support up to 200 players in Battle Royale Quads - that is 50 four person groups fighting each other.
Making it one of the biggest, if not the biggest, Battle Royale games out there. Of course having the most players isn't a sign of quality but since being made available to all as a free-to-play standalone release Call for Duty Warzone has become one of the most popular multiplayer games out there. It's polished and adds a number of meaningful improvements over the first BR outing Blackout.
And, fitting 200-players on a single map -- yeah, a technical achievement. Described as a limited time mode, it's uncertain if the 200-player deal will extend beyond the new Season.
For owners of Modern Warfare and those playing the free-to-play Warzone, the Season Four Reloaded update will weigh in at 22-36 GB. For a closer look at the new weapons and gear and in-game events coming --
