After some speculation, 2K and developer Hangar 13 have announced that a compilation of the Mafia series is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One under the Mafia: Trilogy banner.

Details as to what remastering or additional features each game will have is still to be confirmed but the following trailer does feature some crisp shots from Mafia II - a game we're keen to jump back intto (check out our original review).

The teaser trailer weaves in dialogue from Mafia II and III to pretty great effect.



All we have to go on at the moment is "Live the life of a gangster across three distinct eras of organized crime in America." And on that note this release covers a few different gaming eras - Mafia (2002), Mafia II (2010), and Mafia III (2016).
