Voted on by the Steam Community, The Steam Awards winners for 2019 have been revealed - with Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice taking the coveted Game of the Year award. Hit the jump for the full list of winners.

Here's the full presentation.

And here's the list of Winners across each category.
Game of the Year: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
VR Game of the Year: Beat Saber
Labor of Love: Grand Theft Auto V
Better with Friends: DayZ
Most Innovative Gameplay: My Friend Pedro
Outstanding Story-Rich Game: A Plague Tale: Innocence
Best Game You Suck At: Mortal Kombat 11
Outstanding Visual Style: Gris

Some surprise choices, but an all-round great selection - though we have to admit DayZ taking the multiplayer award is a bit of a surprise. Not so much of a surprise, Grand Theft Auto V winning an award in 2019. Based on Steam sales and charts for 2019, GTA V is still one of the most popular games on the platform.
