Which is when the New Steam Library will go live for everyone to check out via an opt-in open beta. The long overdue visual overhaul to the Steam Library page not only looks to make browsing and accessing games easier, but also highlight updates, recently played titles, friend activity, and more.

This extends to individual pages for games, with developer's now being given access to tools to be able to showcase the latest happenings, updates, and what's in store.

There's also a focus on in-game Events to highlight these to players. It all sounds great, so the question now becomes - will it run smooth. Either way we're keen to check this out - as the ol' Steam library hasn't changed in years.
