And it looks to be 4v4 team-based melee combat game with heavily stylised visuals and a cast of characters that look like a cross between Borderlands and Overwatch. This marks the first new game from Ninja Theory after being acquired by Microsoft, the talented team behind Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, DmC: Devil May Cry, and Enslaved.

And it's a definite departure from the studio.

The leak comes via Swedish site Xboxer with all materials looking legit with 'Confidential' tags found throughout. There's a leaked trailer you can watch there too, which looks to be what we'll be seeing at Microsoft's Xbox Showcase on Monday. It's pretty low quality and an off-screen recording so the direct feed version will definitely paint a better picture of what Bleeding Edge looks like.

Interestingly the game is far enough along that the trailer notes that a Technical Alpha test is scheduled to go live on June 27. As an Xbox Game Studios release we should expect to see this arrive on both Xbox One and Windows 10 with cross-platform support. According to reports the game has been in development for quite some time, and existed long before Microsoft's acquisition of the studio.
