Or one of the many movie tie-ins found during the 8-bit era of the 1980s, which saw videogame versions of just about every action film imaginable pop up - including ones for Robocop, Dirty Harry, Die Hard, and many more. And so this imagining of Keanu Reeves action film series John Wick as an NES game works well in that it looks like it could just as easily been something seen in 1989.
Plus, it's fairly faithful to the films too. Check it out.
Created by Dominic Ninmark and Danilo Dias, this NES rendition of John Wick isn't playable - though based on the footage and feedback no doubt it's something fans (us included) would love to see come to life.
