In a nice reply on the old Twitters, 343 Industries' Community Director, Brian Jarrod, has confirmed that the PC version of Halo: Master Chief Collection will feature cross-save functionality between console versions of the game and PC, but that right now, cross-play between the two platforms is more a hope than an out of the gate option.
