The new Alcatraz map for Call of Duty's Blackout battle royale mode was revealed in a new trailer, and is available now on PlayStation 4. A more close quarters and seemingly smaller play-area to the first Blackout map, it brings the action to the iconic island prison found in both real life San Francisco and the 1990s Nic Cage action film The Rock.

So you can dust off your best Sean Connery impression when moving up the ranks, and say, "Welcome to The Rock." Check it out.

The new Alcatraz map is exclusive to PlayStation 4 with reports stating that it will hit PC and Xbox One in a week's time. In addition to this the trailer sneaks in word that Blackout is going free-to-play for the remainder of April on all platforms - with the tag "Blackout Free Access, April 2 -30".
