Okay, so after stating that the studio wasn't working on Titanfall 3 and that the Titanfall team has solely been focused on the new free-to-play Apex Legends comes word from Respawn that another Titanfall-verse game is in the works. Respawn head Vince Zampella noted in a tweet that "we love being able to experiments in this crazy universe", in reference to the mysterious game.

With internet sleuths digging to find out that in the most recent EA earnings call there's mention of a new premium Titanfall experience, with a twist, due later this year. With Vince stating that it isn't a VR poject, the premium tag probably means that we can also rule out mobile. But with Titanfall 3 off the cards - we're stumped as to what the "twist" could be.

Titanfall: Tactics, Titanfall 2: Remake (Racoon City Edition), Titanfall: Play Apex Legends from Within Your Titan, Life is Strange: A Titanfall Story, Titanfall 4: The Search for Titanfall 3?

Take your pick.
