One of the surprising bits of news from yesterday's Diablo report from Kotaku that offered anonymous word on the state of the franchise and the status of the long-rumoured Diablo 4 project - came word of a new Warfract mobile project in the works. Which would be Blizzard's take on the hit Pokémon Go, but set in the Warcraft universe.

Apparently born from Blizzard's incubation team, by veteran designers and fans of Nintendo's mobile juggernaut, the project will also offer new expanded single-player elements to create a fun new Warcraft experience. No further details were provided but the report notes that Blizzard employees play Pokémon Goo on a daily basis and that Blizzard's campus in Irvine, California is home to a Pokéstop.
