Which is a cool and new way for the series to take its characters and setting. The 10-issue series will focus on the game's Specialists, giving them more depth and purpose beyond the events of the game proper.

The first three issues focusing on Specialists "Ruin", "Prophet" and "Crash" are available to grab today, and are free for the community. The remaining seven issues will be made available at a later date, the studio has revealed.

Crafted by the likes of Greg Rucka, Chris Roberson, Jeremy Barlow, K.A. McDonald, Aaron Duran, Matthew Robinson and Tony Shasteen with cover art by Adam Hughes, Eric Wilkerson, Kirbi Fagan, Dan Dos Santos and Julian Totino Tedesco, the comics are representative is a studio that always thinks outside the box where Call of Duty is concerned.
