In a surprise and welcome announcement Blizzard has announced that BlizzCon Virtual Ticket holders will be able to play a World of Warcraft Classic demo - which will also be there on the show floor. Shortly after the BlizzCon Opening Ceremony, the demo will go live and be playable until November 9.
Very cool. And for those that need a reminder WoW Classic is being developed to recreate the launch edition of the game, or 'Vanilla WoW'.
This news comes alongside the announcement that BlizzCon in-game loot for WoW is now available in the current expansion Battle for Azeroth.
