And that's Destiny 2, as in one of the biggest releases for 2017, coming free to all PlayStation Plus subscribers next month. Of course this ties-in with the upcoming release of the Year 2 expansion Forsaken due next week, which as far as we can tell costs as much as a full-game even in expansion-only form. But, still, this is a pretty big deal for PlayStation 4 owners.

Joining Destiny 2 on PlayStation 4 for Plus members is God of War III Remastered - the critically acclaimed PS3-era Kratos adventure. And for those that still game on a PlayStation 3 for some reason, and still subscribe to Plus, both Another World – 20th Anniversary Edition and Qube Directors Cut will be available to snag for free.

The arrival of Destiny 2 as a free-bonus has no doubt caused quite the stir among PlayStation fans - from excited reactions to those wondering if this might be a reaction to the general lack of hype surrounding the upcoming release of the Forsaken expansion.
