For Ubisoft and developers RedLynx and Ubisoft Kiev, Trials Rising is being treated and viewed as a comeback for the series – which in recent years has seen a few missteps and weird tonal shifts alongside moments of brilliance. Just in time for Gamescom, Ubisoft has dropped a new trailer for Trials Rising which definitely screams “comeback” thanks to the focus on pure physics-based racing in addition to a classic dirt-bike daredevil look. In addition to the above, Ubisoft has also announced a Closed Beta for Trials Rising scheduled to take place from September 13 – 17. Sign-up are open right now, so head here to register. Trials Rising has also been given a release date of February 12, 2019 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
