For the past few BlizzCons there's been that little hope in the back of fans' minds; a little voice saying "hey, maybe this is the year we get the Diablo 4 reveal". We've known for quite some time that Blizzard has been hiring for a mysterious Diablo-related project. Which has now been confirmed to be multiple Diablos.

In a new community update that begins with a mention of the current Diablo III-themed season, we get official word from Blizzard that multiple Diablo projects are in the works -- and some might be further out than others.

Check it out.

Stay awhile and listen – we have exciting updates to share about the future of Diablo.
As to what these Diablo projects will be? Well, based on rumours we can take a guess that the most imminent release would be Diablo III for Nintendo Switch - with Diablo 4 to follow. Although no game-specific details were shared, Blizzard advises that we "may" see more later this year.
