As far as mods for Fallout 4 go this one is now firmly on the top of our "we need it now" list, a new Fallout set in the post-apocalyptic 'Vacation Wasteland' of Florida. From the art to the music to the voice acting this looks every bit like an official add-on even though it's a fan-made mod. And that logo! A work of art in its own right.

Check it out.

The Sole Survivor journeys to the sunny South, following the promise of a well-paid job, but ends up embroiled in a conflict between various groups, some vying for power, others fighting to uphold their ideals.

Fallout: Miami is a brand new worldspace, with a gripping main quest, side-quests, equipment, settlements, and a host of interesting characters and companions! Uncover the truth behind the mysterious disappearances and take part in the age old struggle between Order and Freedom.

As per the description this will offer not only a new location to explore but also thematic touches like ghouls with sunglasses and post-apocalyptic golf courses. Also there will be a new drink in the form of Pop & Chill, Miami’s signature fruity beverage. Plus new weapons and the ability to don beach wear while roaming the vacation wasteland. No release date has been set but so far this looks incredible so be sure to keep tabs on the mod's progress here.
