Crucial’s latest in its Ballistix line of DDR4 gaming memory takes the rugged design that we saw last year and adds a touch of colour. Well millions of colours thanks to the new RGB strips.

Ballistic RAM has always been at the top of the list, among several other high-profile memory makers when looking at building a new PC. But with the advent of RGB everywhere in recent times it’s been easier say to look at something like the G.SKILL TridentZ line for how the RGB lighting better suits modern gaming boards and even GPUs. Again, RGB is everywhere. With the included software provided by Ballistix being able to adjust LED lighting, colours, patterns, and so forth on the fly is as easy as monitoring temperatures and timings for those deep into the overclocking side of things.
