A portable gaming PC that can play modern AAA games on a full-HD 6" screen on the go. A pretty cool idea, and one that has been around for a few years now. The SMACH Z aims to do just that with its AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000 processor and Radeon Vega 8 Graphics running either Windows 10 or Linux. Except that, well, the Kickstarter for this was funded years ago.

And followed by an Indiegogo campaign that raised over $740,000. Originally due for release in 2016 - apparently a prototype of the device is being showcased to press at E3. Both backers and critics alike are skeptical that it will actually release as promised. But above all that, the E3 2018 SMACH Z trailer is a masterclass in cute-rate FX and pure cheese. So bad that it's hilarious.

Apparently in a dystopian future where people play the Nintendo DS and games on mobile one lucky boy has been selected by the inter-dimensional AngelBots to experience the true power of SMACH Z. A portable homebrew PC that reminds us of the Atari Lynx.
