Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer is back! For those that played this way back in 1999 you'll recall that it took perhaps the best part of Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace and turned it into a solid racer. One where the career mode offered the sort of depth and variety that put it up there with other no-wheels racers like Wipeout and F-Zero.

That is according to memory. Anyway, this one has been lost to time for quite a while - where the only way to play the game on PC in recent times was via an N64 or Dreamcast emulator. So, not exactly legit.

This re-release supports modern hardware, resolutions, and even multiplayer via LAN. And of course is DRM-free. It available to purchase on GOG.com right now, and as part of Star Wars May the 4th Sale discounting just about every classic Star Wars game you can think of.
