Which, by the way, is a perfect name for what is essentially an in-depth slider fest where you can alter everything from Bayek's movements speed to enemy health, the number of animals you can train, switching out Bayek entirely for another character, and dozens of more parameters.

Because it's all part of the Animus one could even say that this tool-set is canonical. On the plus side this is the closest thing we've seen to full on mod tools for an Assassin's Creed game yet. On the downside the Animus Control Panel is limited to the PC version. Probably because some of these changes could break the game or severely impact performance on console.



The Animus Control Panel is a free update to the PC version of Assassin's Creed Origins dropping today.
