As in the next-generation of PC and console hardware. In a recent financial conference for CD Projekt RED, which is where we get all our Cyberpunk 2077 news these days, came word CD Projekt Red president Adam Kiciński fittingly responded with, "Technology-wise, Cyberpunk is very advanced. Our technology is ready to interface with future generations."

As to when the game will finally be unveiled or showcased to the public, he didn't rule out a possible E3 2018 showing. Nor did he confirm one way or another, "I can’t announce the announcement. We will announce just before."

"I terribly want to tell you about Cyberpunk, but today is not the time. Not today."

And so we wait. Although it's interesting to hear that Cyberpunk 2077 will continue the trend of visually spectacular RPGs from CD Projekt RED, ala The Witcher series. Where to this day is one of the most impressive and demanding titles you can play on decent gaming PC. And on a final note Adam Kiciński confirmed that like The Witcher it will be a large sprawling open-world RPG without microtransactions. And that he isn';t ruling out the possibility that it will feature some form of online or multiplayer component.
