Remember that Destiny 2 winter event that kept the themed items and loot boxes (sorry, Engrams) behind a pay wall? Yeah, another lesson learned by Bungie as the new Crismson Days event, celebrating Valentines Day, rewards players with an Illuminated Engram and a Crimson Engram when they level up. How nice.

Another great touch is that all items earned will be placed on a “knock-out” list, preventing dupes.

The event which concludes in a week, also sees a special 2v2 Clash with a round-based twist mode added to PvP alongside a new map called The Burnout. For more info and a look at some of the exclusive item rewards, head here.
